The project is located in the City of Perris. The project, in general, includes grading, paving, installing CMU wall, excavation & backfilling, electrical/ lighting, plumbing, PCC drainage facilities, landscaping & irrigation, slurry seal resurfacing, PCC paving and swale works, curb & gutter, signing & striping and other miscellaneous related work across from, in front of, and inside of existing Public Works Department location at 1015 South G Street, Perris, CA 92570. The successful bidder shall begin and complete all work within 125 working days of the Notice to Proceed.
