Lazy Chef Salad

By Joanna Barajas

Here’s a great salad you can make for dinner…

In my business I give every chef a cooking test before they’re hired because It gives me a chance to test their skills.

One chef in particular came in and made one of my favorite salads ever! I couldn’t even believe it was so simple.

That’s why I want to share it with you today.

You don’t even need a recipe for this one!

All you need to do is…

  1. Choose your favorite greens
  2. Put them in bowl
  3. Get balsamic glaze
  4. Drizzle it over your greens

Congrats!!! You just made a lazy chef salad.

P.S. Here’s some of my favorite ingredients I like to add to spice it up (add to taste):

Arugula, Watermelon, feta, red onion, cherry tomato

I hope you love the recipe! Snap a picture and tag me @chefjoannas on instagram so I see how yours came out.
