Ghost Garlands

Cute and crafty doesn’t have to be lengthy or complicated! Getting creative with simple, spooky supplies can go a long way in adding uniqueness and style.
What You Need
– Scissors
– Thin or medium ribbon
– Wooden cutouts
– Wooden cube beads
– Hot glue gun
– At least two hot glue sticks
How to Make It
Step 1: Plug in your hot glue gun.
Step 2: Roll out your ribbon to your desired length and cut it.
Step 3: Slide the wooden cube beads onto the ribbon. You will be using two cutouts per bead!
Step 4: Divide your cutouts into two piles. One pile will be used now, and the other will be used later.
Step 5: Squeeze a small dollop of hot glue onto the bead and press the top of your cutout down onto the bead. If you’re making ghosts, glue the bead to the head! If you’re making pumpkins, glue it to the top of the pumpkin, right under the stem!
Step 6: Continue with the first pile until you’re left with one pile of cutouts.
Step 7: Flip the garland over and repeat the process with the remaining pile until there are no cutouts left. Make sure the cutouts line up with the ones on the other side.
Step 8: Once all the cutouts are glued to the beads, you’re done!
Tips
Want to add an extra embellishment? Get another type of ribbon, tie it into a bow and hot-glue it to the top of one side of the cutouts.
To give the cutouts a distressed look, use a dark brown ink block and feather it around the edges with a back-and-forth motion.
Push the garland into the wreath’s leaves, add lights, and watch it glow!
