Mt. San Jacinto College Search
TEMECULA (CNS) – The search for the next Mount San Jacinto College superintendent/president continued Saturday, and a public forum for the four selected finalists was scheduled for later this month.
The forum was scheduled for April 21 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the MSJC Temecula Valley Campus boardroom, located at 41888 Motor Car Parkway, room TA-301 in Temecula, MSJC officials announced.
The four finalists are:
— Lonita Cordova
— Tawny Dotson
— Jeannie G. Kim
— Daniel Lopez
Cordova is currently assistant superintendent/vice president of Student Services at San Joaquin Delta College and is a U.S. Navy veteran. Dotson is currently president of Yuba College and served as a U.S. Air Force officer. Kim is currently president of Santiago Canyon College, in Orange County. Lopez is currently president of Harold Washington College, in Chicago.
The public forums will also be livestreamed; a link to the livestream, further information on the candidates and a form to submit questions will be available at https://msjc.edu/presidentialsearch/index.html.
The Board of Trustees was expected to select the next superintendent/president in May.
