Annual Restaurant Week Begins Monday

MENIFEE – Awakening from holiday food comas and with the sun finally peeking out from behind storm clouds, the timing is perfect for locals to step outside and soak up the flavors of Menifee’s restaurants.

Restaurant Week celebrates Menifee’s local culinary scene by encouraging residents

to enjoy homegrown eateries and support local restaurants.

With January traditionally being a slow month for eating out, due to full bellies and empty wallets, the month has been dubbed by California as the official “Restaurant Month.”

And as one might imagine, this cultural melting pot of a state, can dish out the finest flavors from every corner of this planet.

Menifee’s take begins this coming Monday and runs through Friday the 27th.

There is plenty to explore when it comes to exceptional flavors, as Menifee is home to award-winning chefs Rosie O’Conner (Provecho Grill) and Dylan Soro/Mario Amaral (Savage Chief Bar & Grill).

The City has also seen new budding culinary experiences thrive including Tacos & Tequila Cantina & Bar, Michi Tacos, Mama’s Kitchen, and Melody Thai Cuisine.

Foodies in Menifee can enjoy a wide array of international cuisines including Korean, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Mediterranean, and Italian.

“We are ecstatic to provide opportunities that encourage residents and visitors to eat locally and support our local restaurants from fast casual to boutique sit-down concepts,” said Gina Gonzalez, Menifee’s Economic Development Director.

“Interactive programs like Restaurant Week assist both the businesses we are helping to grow, but also highlight the exciting opportunities for culinary entrepreneurs here in Menifee.”
