Ley de Calidad Ambiental de California (CEQA): El proyecto califica como una exención categórica Clase 32 (Proyectos de desarrollo de relleno) según la Sección 15332 de las Directrices estatales para la implementación de la Ley de Calidad Ambiental de California (CEQA).
