Updates to the City’s Development Impact Fees for: (1) Fire. The City Council will also consider adoption of the Nexus Study for the foregoing Development Impact Fee. The Nexus Study presents an analysis of costs and levels of service to accommodate new development, as well as the maximum fees that can be charged. The proposed Fire Development Impact Fee will replace the existing Development Impact Fees charged by the City.

The Development Impact Fees will be adopted in accordance with Government Code sections 66000 et seq. and 66016.5. All nexus studies and data in support of the proposed Development Impact Fee updates will be available for review with the City Clerk.
