SECTION 1 – NOTICE OF BIDS
The CITY OF PERRIS invites online bids via PlanetBids, until 2:00 PM (PST), on July 2, 2026, for the New 10,920 Square Foot Fire Station with a 600 Square foot shed, Above Ground 1000-gallon Fuel Tank, Private Sewage Disposal System, Backup Generator and the Alternate Bid Number 5195 Square Foot Administration Building with a 400 Square Foot shed. The project involves the construction of a New Fire Station and its associated construction structures, paving, parking lot, CMU walls, on site water retention basin, solar system, above ground fuel tank, as identified on the approved plans, and the Alternate Bid Number 1, for the 5,195 Square Foot Administration building Private Sewage Disposal System, with a detached 400 Square Foot shed, CMU walls, on site retention, paving and associated structures as identified on the approved plans. The Project is located in South Perris at 245 Murrieta Road.
In order to be considered in the selection process, interested parties shall submit their Proposals online via PlanetBids up to the time mentioned above. Late proposals will not be accepted.
